A Prayer of Healing for Persons Diagnosed with Cancer
Scripture Reading:
Exodus 15:6-18, James 5:13-16
Reflections of the Heart:
Jesus is the same today, yesterday, and forever! In Mark 16:17-18 (NLT), Jesus said, “These signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick and heal them.” Therefore, as believers, let us do what Jesus did!
Scriptural Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we proclaim Your righteousness and praise all the day long. Your faithful love endures forever and Your mercies never cease. Great is Your faithfulness. Who can compare to You? We exalt Your Holy and Righteous Name. You are the Holy One of Israel who sent Jesus, our Lord and Savior, to redeem all mankind from the curse of the law of sin and death. Lord, we thank You for watching over those persons who have been diagnosed with cancer. Thank You for Your healing power. Thank You, Lord, for declaring us overcomers by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony.
Gracious Father, Your thoughts towards us are of peace and not evil, to give us a future and a hope. We believe that it is Your will that we live free from all diseases. Lord, by the authority given to us, we declare that the infirmity of cancer with its many forms and common types – bladder, breast, colon and rectal, endometrial, leukemia, lung, melanoma, pancreatic, prostate, skin, thyroid and other types—are destroyed, in Jesus’ Name. We command the primary abnormally deformed cell to die at its root and the metastasizing cells to cease from spreading throughout the body, especially to the lungs, bones, liver and brain. We command the increased production of healthy cells to destroy renegade cells. We declare that abnormal cells will die and not enter into the bloodstream or lymphatic system. Lord, as the Body of Christ, we declare that our members who have been diagnosed with cancer will not die; but live to tell what You have done. Lord, I confess that by the stripes of Jesus, (name the person(s) who need healing from cancer) is healed, redeemed, restored and set free from cancer and its symptoms. I declare that supernatural healing is flowing throughout his/her body, in Jesus Name.
List the names of persons who are battling with cancer. Now, declare this word over their lives today and encourage them to trust the Lord. Holy Spirit, please reveal the cure for cancer. We ask You to increase the wisdom and knowledge of medical researchers as they perform cancer studies. We ask You to strengthen those persons who are being treated for cancer. Increase their endurance and patience as they undergo x-rays, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, biological therapy, hormone therapy, surgery, cryosurgery and other procedures. Holy Spirit, comfort and strengthen their family members. Help their family members to walk in love, peace, patience and faith. Please protect those who have not been touched by cancer. Destroy any triggers that would create cancerous cells in our bodies. Lord, help us to break poor eating and sleeping habits. Remind us to exercise, eat healthy and get enough sleep.
Father, we ask You to forgive the sins of those diagnosed with cancer. Forgive us all for unhealthy lifestyles and habits. Forgive us for not being good stewards of neither our bodies nor our children’s. Forgive us for holding grudges, unforgiveness, resentment, and embedded anger. Lord, forgive me for (list any sins that you have committed.) Holy Spirit, remind those who have been diagnosed with cancer to forgive and help them to be quick to forgive. As for me, Holy Spirit, bring to my remembrance those I need to forgive. (Take a moment and ask the Holy Spirit to show you names or faces of people that you may need to forgive. As He shows you, say aloud, “I forgive name of person(s).” Now, trust the Lord to heal any wounds in your soul caused by unforgiveness.)
Our Father, help all of us to not yield to temptation; but deliver us from the evil one.
Lord, You are our Redeemer. You are the Lord who makes all things. You stretched out the heavens all alone and You spread abroad the earth. Lord, forever Your Word is settled in heaven. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

I would like a prayer for my husband David. He was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer one week ago. It has spread all over his liver, kidneys and spleen. I have so much faith that my husband will be healed . I ask God for strength to get through this.

Please pray for me in the name of Jesus Christ. I received a high PSA level and his ALP level. I am vey afraid that I might have prostate cancer. Please pray that I do not, or that if I do, that I am healed. I also ask for your prayers that I make the right choices about doctors and treatment. Thank you.

Dear Father, a month has passed since the terrible news of little Alexander’s At/RT brain tumor, god I pray in your might name, in the name of Jesus that his body gets rid of this cancer,that his white blood cells work harder like never before and get rid of it. I pray that his little body fights with every fiber of its being and kills it completely, that the abnormal cells do not invade any part of his body, I pray for complete healing and salvation for Alexander, in Jesus mighty name! Pray daily for healing. Our job is to usher His will into the earth. You can pray for the brothers and sisters here and also for those you hear about that are sick and injured on the daily news. Thank you for standing in the gap with prayer for those in need.

My children’s dad and my best friend, David Collier, has stage 4 pancreatic cancer that has spread to his lungs, liver, colon and kidneys. I received a message from St. Peregrine to find the specific prayer for pancreatic cancer and say it and send it to our family members to recite faithfully each day. Keep praying this prayer, speaking it out loud and over Mr. collier and call out healing specifically for the lungs, liver colon and kidneys. May the peace of God surround you and your family and give you the strength to keep praying and believing. God bless you.

Please pray for my mother she has lupus ans renal failure (takes dialysis) and now the doctors are telling her she has breast cancer. We are waiting on the results of the biopsy to determine what kind it is. I may be the only one praying but in this late hour I’m believing that God’s power and glory will be shown by healing her. God has defeated all sickness and disease by His blood. He is our healer, our protector and can do all things including healing. I know you have the doctor’s report, now cover that with His report. By His stripes we are healed.

I was just diagnosed with Lymphoma today 😦 I had my tonsils removed and the biopsy showed this. I don’t know what type it is or how advanced it is. My first appt. with oncologist is tomorow. I’m only 37, I’m so scared, please pray for me!
